In this podcast series, I talk about the events that transpired in my personal and professional life that led me to believe that the power of having a conversation would help me heal from the residual pain of surviving a negative manager. But you’ve heard, it does take two to tango, so I would also like to explore what role does the receiver play in undesirable leadership.
Why did I even start this podcast? What inspired the idea?
- I was constantly finding myself validating my importance. Working 10xs harder convincing leadership that I was truly the person everyone else saw me as.
- Fighting Jealousy from co-workers
- Experiencing a lack of gratitude and appreciation from managers.
- Constantly watching hopeless managers rip good intentions from the hearts of dedicated employees, and not being able to interject.
The only thing I could do is share my experiences with those who have a desire to be great leaders. I hope you get what you're looking for in this episode of how it all evolved.
